Alana and Alyssa
Alana De La Garza is an exquisite actress who is leaving a mark on the small screen. De La Garza is a gorgeous actress, born the year 1976, in Columbus Ohio to a Mexican American dad as well as an Irish American mom. De La Garza soon moved to Texas to study physical therapy at University of Texas. De La Garza didn't stay long in Texas prior to moving to Orlando, Florida. There she played a range of roles including local independent films and global commercials. The small parts didn't stop her from discovering that she enjoyed acting. Then she moved in New York in 2001 and got her first acting job on the soap as Rosa Santos on All My Children, a daytime soap. In the beginning of 2000, she appeared in small roles in JAG Las Vegas and Two and a Half Men. Her first major series appearance was on the short-lived 2004 drama The Mountain. De La Garza played Maria Serrano, alongside a number of the best TV actors, including Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pileggi and Mitch Plegge. In 2006 she was the lead character A.D.A. in Law & Order. Connie Rubirosa. She was on the show for 85 episodes. Her character on the Law & Order: LA spinoff was only a few episodes. The character she played has earned De La Garza many nominations including Best Supporting Actress - Television at the Imagen Foundation Awards and even several ALMA Award noms. In 2008, De La Garza received the Impact Award at National Hispanic Media Coalition's Outstanding Performance Award in a Dramatic Television Series. De La Garza, in a recurring cast role in CSI Miami was announced a few minutes after. The role was Marisol Delko as the spouse of David Caruso's Horatio. The most recent television appearance was in the role of the character Dr. Lena Solis on NBC's mildly dark show Do No Harm. The series was cancelled after two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. The actress is Italian as well as having a 10 year old younger brother named Cory. Her family was traditional and spiritual one. Milano started her acting career aged seven after her babysitter joined her in an audition. Four girls selected among over a thousand potential candidates included Milano. Milano was featured in television commercials, off Broadway productions and the American debut of Jane Eyre.
